• All Hair/ Wig sales are FINAL. Please make sure you read all of the product descriptions before purchasing bundles and/or closures/frontals. 

• Once the lace is CUT on your unit, you are UNABLE TO RETURN THE UNIT. For any returned wig, there is a 10% restocking FEE.

• Bundles:4-7 Business Days 

• Custom Wigs: 7-22 Business Days

• Braided Wigs: 4-8 Weeks 

Holidays/Weekends Not Included - Shipping is an Additional 2-3 Business Days Via USPS

All orders placed over the weekend and/or holidays, will begin processing the following business day. 

Once your order is prepared for shipping, a detailed conformation of a tracking number will be sent via email or text.

Wig Policy​:

• Beauty Bundles is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to send in your correct head measurement size. 

• Beauty Bundles is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or LOST packages after you receive your tracking number.

• If package is lost with the carrier a claim must be filed by you right a way so the carrier can start an investigation as the package requires a signature.

• We at Beauty Bundles, reserve the right to refuse units sent back to us after a 3 day period.

You should expect to receive your tracking info on the last business day of the turnaround time. However, you may receive it sooner. Please refrain from checking status until after the turnaround time has passed.

Due to Covid 19 there are absolutely no exchanges. If there is an issue with your custom wig please notifying us immediately so we can handle your concern. If you purchased a ready to ship wig, and you selected the wrong size Beauty Bundles is not held responsible as it is your responsibility to provide proper measurements. Same rule apply if you order a custom wig and provide inaccurate measurements Beauty Bundles is not responsible. If you would like to get unit remade to the correct sizing you will be responsible for an $85 service charge.( subject to change ) You have 7 days from the time to received your order to send back to Beauty Bundles to get changes made.
